With 25 years of experience in healthcare, starting as a Carer and later as an Enrolled Nurse, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of areas, including aged, disability, and community care.

I’m currently a Service Manager, overseeing the operations of SIL accommodations and supporting our wonderful Team Leaders. I began my journey here as a Team Leader in September 2023, and I’ve loved every moment of it! I’m truly passionate about person-centered active support and find it so rewarding to help our clients achieve their goals and live their best lives.
