HR Manager

I am thrilled to be serving as the HR Manager here since October 2024. I bring a deep commitment to fostering a supportive, collaborative, and empowering workplace culture that allows our team to thrive while delivering exceptional care to our wonderful clients.

Before stepping into this role, I worked as the Operations Manager, and before that as the Positive Behaviour Support Officer, where I gained invaluable insights into the organisation’s day-to-day operations and developed a great rapport with our team and clientele. After returning from maternity leave in October 2024, I transitioned to Human Resources management. I love the flexible working arrangements I have with AHH Lifeskills where I can work from home, while raising my two sons.

Currently, I am completing my Certificate IV in Human Resources Management and enjoy putting all my new knowledge into practice.
